Xavier Worthy Day-to-Day with Shoulder Sprain
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy is dealing with a sprained shoulder and is expected to miss only a few days before returning to practice, per head coach Andy Reid.

What happened
Worthy sat out the Chiefs' first padded practice after sustaining the sprain on Saturday. Reid indicated it would be a short absence and described the status as day-to-day. It is the same shoulder that underwent offseason surgery.
Fantasy impact
A brief absence should not alter Worthy's projected role as a deep threat and gadget player. Hold in standard leagues and monitor for a full return later this week before adjusting rankings.
